I am Elided Junior Lumor, a passionate soil biogeochemist from Ghana, West Africa,. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management from the University for Development Studies (Ghana), where I developed a fascination for the intricate relationships between living organisms and the environment. This led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Environmental Biogeochemistry at Ben Gurion University in Israel. During my postgraduate years, I delved deeper into understanding the dynamic processes governing biogeochemical cycles, greenhouse gas emissions, and their impacts on climate change. This passion propelled me to pursue a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences at the University of Guelph, specializing in agriculture micrometeorology and Environmental Science
