I oversaw the coordination and execution of the festival’s primary performance stage, supporting a full lineup of artists, speakers, and performers. My role included managing stage logistics, coordinating talent transitions, maintaining the event run-of-show, and ensuring smooth communication between performers, technical teams, and festival organizers to deliver a seamless live event experience. This role extended to backstage mapping, devising the most efficient layout for set-up positioning on-site and leading the breakdown process.

I coordinated and produced a multidisciplinary showcase highlighting transgender artists and performers. My work supported show logistics, staffing arrangements, light technical set-up, performer coordination, and overall production operations. In this, I created a dynamic performance environment that celebrated trans creativity, visibility, and community storytelling.

Solo production and creative planning for a live queer variety show featuring performers across drag, music, comedy, and spoken word. My role involved assisting with production logistics, coordinating with performers and organizers, and helping ensure the show ran smoothly while amplifying queer artistic expression and community engagement.
