Position Objective:
To implement the PMI HSE Policies & Management System and support the project to comply the Local Legal Authority, Client HSE requirements.
Assist the General / Project Manager / Group HSE Manager with the implementation of the HSE Management System and the management of the HSE resources, subcontractors and suppliers.
Advise the PMI Project Management and Construction Supervision on all HSE related matters and assist them with ensuring compliance through regular monitoring, reporting, coordination and communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Review and update HSE plan incorporating the current project status and ensuring the implementation thereof.
2. Drive the implementation of the PMI HSE Management system.
3. Guide the project management on compliance of UAE legal law and Dubai code of practice as well as Client HSE requirements.
4. Assist consultant, client representative and authorities with their HSE site inspections & audit and preparing close-out or corrective actions addressing their site observation findings.
5. Perform continuous monitoring at site workplace and ensure compliance of company’s HSE management system, relevant policies, procedures and requirements.
6. Assist with the review of method statement, procedures and risk assessments of subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Review ECC method statements and prepare the risk assessment related to the particular activity.
8. Ensure briefing sessions are arranged, conducted and recorded for the work teams it applies to and participate with the risk assessment briefing.
9. Conduct assessments and surveys related to fire & life safety, emergency measures, environmental monitoring and any HSE related topic.
10. Ensure all 3rd party certifications of men and equipment are kept up to date and that records are available at all times.
11. Ensure HSE induction, on-site HSE awareness training and weekly toolbox talks are scheduled, performed and recorded, to generate awareness on all HSE related issues.
12. Conduct daily monitoring and document periodic safety inspections to identify the work associated hazard and unsafe conditions or practice and report to General Manager / Project Manager / Group HSE Manager, Project Management / Supervision, in order to carry out immediate corrective and preventive actions.
13. Monitor and evaluate all HSE related performances and report to General Manager / Project Manager and Group HSE Manager before and after new tasks or activities.
14. Implementing site rules & ensure PTW compliance in the project.
15. Implement and maintain periodical registers & checklist and keep in record.
16. Ensure fire and emergency procedures are monitored and fire equipment periodical inspections are performed, emergency drills are conducted, and a trained emergency team is available.
17. Prepare, submit and report all incidents in the timeframe allowed, to the Client, Consultant, Project Manager and PMI HSE Department.
18. Carry out investigation of accidents, near miss incident and implement incident management procedures.
19. Identify root causes, corrective actions and implement to reduce risk and reoccurrence.
20. Issuing disciplinary action on all safety related violations, keeping record and sharing information with the relevant management to for further action.
21. Submit weekly and monthly HSE statistics and monitoring reports on time to the General Manager / Project Manager, Group HSE Manager, Client representatives and PMI HSE Department.
22. Conduct the PMI SHOUT! Incentive Program and arrange the monthly award ceremony, to reward and motivate safety awareness and behavior on the project.
23. Coordinate HSE requirements directly with the Logistics and Construction teams.
24. Maintain HSE filing system and keep it updated for HSE audit purposes and legal requirements.
25. Assist with the onboarding and HSE coordination of Subcontractors and continuously coordinate their HSE performance vs HSE requirements to them.
26. Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the General / Project Management.

Project Location: Al Habtoor Residential Towers (Tower 1 and Podium), Al Habtoor City, Business Bay.
Position Objective:
To implement the Site's HSE Policies & Management System and support the project to comply the Local Legal Authority, Client HSE requirements.

Project Location: ZADCO Norths and West Artificial Island, Abu Dhabi

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Advise and assist site management in achieving high level of HSE objective and targets.
2. Carry out daily site survey to ensure work method in operation is fully safe, safety requirements are being implemented, and Welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
3. Promote awareness among co-workers and site personnel to participate in hazard identification & risk assessment and recommend control measures.
4. Conduct Weekly Inspections & monthly Safety audits for bench marking health, safety and environmental standards with current legislation and agreed project procedures.
5. Ensure proper implementation of site waste management programmed.
6. Ensure all personnel with emergency duties are fully prepared through training and exercises.
7. Submit North Island’s HSE Daily Report to Client and Head Officer.
8. Collect HSE Daily Report of all Islands including Mina and Head Office and prepare the HSE Weekly and HSE Monthly Cumulative Report to be send to Client and Head Office.
9. Prepare and Submit Key Performance Indicators Report to Head Office.
10. Prepare and Submit to Client HSE Observation Card Cumulative Report of all island.
11. Prepare and Submit HSE Summary report.

13. Prepare and Submit ZADCO Occupational Safety and Health Management Report (LTIFR and TRIFR) to Head Office.
14. Update tracking record for all Vehicle, Operators, Lifting Gears and Equipment of the project.

Position Objective:
As Administrative Officer I act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Strictly Health Safety implantation to the employee and ensuring that HSE rules and regulation are being followed.
2. Deliver a free and safe working by actual monitoring of the daily activates in general.
