CREATING RELATIONSHIP & PRESENTING BEST FIRST IMPRESSION
Call all leads that are 15 days old and younger.
• Utilize Your Quick View: click on "New Leads" on the dashboard of your CRM.
• Research Lead Activity: click on the name of the lead you would like to contact next. This will open their file. Research their activity on your website by checking the "Activity", "Profile", "Notes" and "History" pages.
• Call the Lead: when you've decided what you'd like to say, locate the "Call" icon at the top of their file. If it is available, click this icon. Your phone will ring. When you answer there will be a recording telling you that they are connecting you with your lead. Your lead's phone will then be called.
• After completing these directions for each lead that meets the criteria, MOVE ON TO STEP 2 RIGHT AWAY
SORT FOR MORE SUCCESS
Call all highly active leads.
• Sort leads by LAST LOG IN: click on "Clients" in the red menu and then click on "Last LogIn" to display the dates of log in descending. Active Clients are leads actively using your website and are older than 15 days. Make sure to change the Status of your active leads to Active within their file. This is done by clicking on the Active button below the client's name. Once you're sorted...
• After Sorting & Labeling, Utilize your Dashboard / Quick View: click on Active Clients to view your sorted active leads. Utilizing the same Research directions within STEP 1, determine for each active lead if you will be calling.
• Recommendation: Reach out to Active Clients at least 2 times per week, unless otherwise discussed with them.
INVITE BACK THE INACTIVE
You will only need to perform this step on the first of the month and the 15th of the month.
•Use the Filter to filter your leads labeled "ENGAGED" as their status: if you have used my organization methods.
•Select all by putting a checkmark in the box above all the clients who match the status "ENGAGED" and use a bulk action to send a creative email to invite them back to your site or use the Invite button provided in the top right-hand corner of your bulk actions widget.
