🤖 Your Automations

You have the option for many automatic email communications to be sent out to your leads.

Some are being sent from your Elevate CRM directly, and some are being sent from your Integration email marketing system eMerge.

Being aware of these automations will help you while working your leads, whether they are Sellers or Buyers.

Welcome / Invite

The Welcome / Invite goes out as soon as your lead submits their email address. This invite can also be sent out again by using the Invite Icon/ Re-Invite Icon located in each leads file and when performing a Bulk Action.

Thank You & Connection Text

The Thank You & Connection Text is sent out as soon as your lead submits their phone number. The text reads, "Thanks for reaching out. I'm tied up at the moment. When is the best time to call you back?" It requires a VOIP number set up in your Profile to be activated.

Morning Reports

Morning Reports are triggered by your lead's Saved Searches and can be easily turned off for each Saved Search with a switch located at the bottom of each Saved Search Box, within each lead's File. This email will go out if there was activity within your MLS that matches your lead's Saved Search. If there was no activity the day before, they will not get a Morning Report.

Instant Alerts

Instant Alerts are triggered by your lead's Saved Searches and can be turned on for each Saved Search with a switch located at the bottom of each Saved Search Box within each lead's File. This email will go out within 15-20 minutes if there has been activity within your MLS that matches your leads Saved Search.

7 Day Buyer Drip Campaign

This campaign, when activated, will nurture your Buyer Type leads for 7 days after they have submitted their email address.

Series of 6 emails.

7 Day Seller Drip Campaign

This campaign, when activated, will nurture your Seller Type leads for 7 days after they have submitted their email address.

Series of 6 emails.

30 Day Buy/Sell Lead Drip Campaign

Also known as, the New Buy/Sell Lead Campaign. This campaign, when activated, will send out an email with helpful tips for both Buyer and Seller Type leads for 30 days.

Series of 9 emails.

Monthly Newsletter

This Campaign, when activated, will send out a Newsletter once per month, composed by eMerge. Everyone added to your Elevate CRM will be added to the mailing list to receive this Newsletter. You will be notified 5 days before the newsletter goes out, that it has been created and scheduled. If you would like to, you can then go in and make any chaneges to that Scheduled Email that you may want to make.

When part of a team, do individual teammates get their own eMerge automations?: No. Automations will be sent out from the original Account (or the Team Leader's account) So it will be beneficial to set the Newsletter as a Team Newsletter and re-structure the Account Info to reflect the Team. You will need to provide your team the updated Password.

When a lead responds to a nurture campaign and we're part of a team, who sees the response?: The agent to whom that lead is assigned will receive the response within the leads account on their CRM, and be notified of this activity if that agent's notifications are set up to receive notifications of communication from a lead.
