Our mission is to create a totally free and open source IT help desk system. We were tasked in doing this project in order to solve the problem of having an open sourced platform that IT management systems can use to host their team. Having a full fledged IT department is hard enough to manage. Our goal is to make this process easier by developing a system that can be used out of the box, or as free template for any IT help Desk departments who are need of fully functioning system.
