About Serenity
My work began by supporting parents raising children with disabilities. Alongside my coaching practice, I currently work in Special Education Adaptive Behavior programs, supporting children whose behaviors—such as hitting, biting, kicking, throwing objects, or screaming—are often expressions of unmet needs related to communication, emotional regulation, or sensory processing.
This work gave me a clear understanding of one core truth: children do not struggle in isolation. The emotional state of the adults around them matters.
My Focus Today
I work primarily with women—especially mothers—but I also support other individuals who are emotionally depleted, overwhelmed, or living in survival mode. Most of the people I work with are caregivers or emotional anchors for others who have learned to put themselves last. My coaching helps them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build emotional stability for healthier relationships and family dynamics.
My Coaching Approach
My work is guided by my S.H.I.F.T framework:
• Self-reflection – recognizing internal patterns
• Healing – addressing emotional wounds instead of pushing through
• Introspection – understanding where reactions and cycles come from
• Forgiveness – releasing resentment toward self and others
• Teachable – learning new ways to respond rather than react
Sacred SHIFT Apothecary
I am also the founder of Sacred SHIFT Apothecary, a separate business focused on supporting the body—especially the nervous system—through herbal preparations. While distinct from my coaching practice, both are rooted in the belief that healing involves both mind and body.

My Purpose
My purpose is simple: to help people feel safe within themselves again—because emotional safety changes families, relationships, and future generations.
I’ve walked through seasons of pain, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm, and I know how heavy unresolved feelings can weigh on a woman’s heart. For years, I tried to push through life that my psychology degree did not prepare me for. I was hiding the struggles I faced, thinking I could just “be strong” and handle it all on my own. But I learned that strength without understanding doesn’t bring freedom—it keeps you stuck in patterns you can’t see.
Through my journey, I discovered the power of intentional self-reflection, healing, and forgiveness. I realized that peace, clarity, and steadiness aren’t things that just happen—they are cultivated. That is why I created the S.H.I.F.T framework: to guide women through understanding themselves, releasing what holds them back, and stepping into their own strength. My work is for women who are ready to stop surviving and start living with purpose, clarity, and freedom.
