Elesinsoz muffin cupcake pans win the day with the Elesinsoz 6, which stands out for its straight-sided design that creates a professional, bakery-style crest on every batch. If you need something smaller to fit snugly into a toaster oven or air fryer without crowding your space, the Elesinsoz 12 is the runner-up I recommend for those specific compact needs.
• Elesinsoz 6 — best for classic muffins and whoopie pies; pick this if you want straight sides that encourage a tall, pleasing crest rising two-thirds above the base.
• Elesinsoz 12 — best for mini desserts and small appliances; pick this if you need a pan that fits comfortably inside a toaster oven or air fryer basket.
• Elesinsoz 2 — best for large batches of burger buns and English muffins; pick this if you prefer buying a two-pack set to double your baking capacity in one go.
The Elesinsoz 6 is a six-cavity baking tin designed specifically for bakers who care about the shape of their finished goods. Unlike standard sloped cups that produce flat-topped treats, this pan features straight vertical walls. This geometric choice forces the batter upward as it rises during baking, resulting in a distinct, rounded peak that looks like it came straight from a commercial bakery. It is an ideal tool for anyone making whoopie pies, egg frittatas, or cornbread where a uniform, high profile matters more than a traditional dome shape.
In daily use, the carbon steel construction provides a solid, durable feel that resists warping even under high heat. The reinforced rolled rim adds structural integrity, meaning you can handle the tray with confidence when moving it from a hot oven to a cooling rack. The non-stick coating is a standout feature here; because the cavities are deep and straight, food tends to slide out effortlessly once cooled, requiring nothing more than a quick wipe with a warm soapy cloth. You can trust this pan to withstand temperatures ranging from freezing cold to over 430 degrees Fahrenheit without releasing any harmful substances, as it is free from PTFE, PFOA, and BPA.
I recommend this model for home bakers who bake individual portions regularly and want consistent results without the hassle of greasing every single cavity. The trade-off is that the straight sides might not be suitable for recipes specifically designed for flared tins, where the batter needs room to spread outward. However, for anything from mini cheesecakes to banana muffins, the control over the final shape is unmatched. It is a specialized tool that elevates simple ingredients into professional-looking treats.

If your kitchen counter is limited or you rely heavily on a toaster oven, the Elesinsoz 12 is the solution you have been looking for. This twelve-cavity pan is sized perfectly for "mini" baking projects. The dimensions allow it to sit comfortably inside most air fryers and compact ovens where larger twenty-four or forty-eight cup trays simply will not fit. It transforms a small appliance into a capable production line for personal-sized desserts, allowing you to bake enough mini quiches, tartlets, or pot pies for a family gathering without needing multiple batches.
The build quality matches the rest of the Elesinsoz lineup, utilizing high-grade carbon steel that ensures even heat distribution across all twelve spots. This consistency is crucial when baking small items, as uneven heating can lead to some mini cakes being raw while others burn. The non-stick surface makes cleanup trivial; you do not need to scrub stuck-on crumbs from tight corners. Whether you are preparing breakfast bites for a busy weekday morning or festive treats for a holiday party, the ability to pop them out intact without breaking them is a significant advantage.
This pan shines when you need volume but lack space. I suggest it for parents packing lunches, hosts prepping appetizers, or anyone who loves baking in small batches. The only limitation is the size of the individual cups themselves, which are smaller than the standard six-cup version. While perfect for bite-sized delights, they may not hold enough batter for a full-sized muffin recipe unless you adjust your expectations accordingly. For dedicated mini-baking enthusiasts, however, this is the most practical option available.
The Elesinsoz 2 offers a different value proposition by including two heavy-duty pans in a single package. These are larger, six-cavity units designed primarily for jumbo items like hamburger buns, English muffins, and cinnamon rolls. Each cavity measures roughly 3.6 inches wide, providing ample room for dough to expand without spilling over. The straight-sided design is particularly effective here, guiding the dough upward to create the signature split-top look of a bakery-fresh bun rather than a flattened pancake.
Because the package contains two separate pans, you gain significant flexibility in your workflow. You can bake one tray while the other cools, effectively doubling your output time for large family meals or dinner parties. The carbon steel construction is robust, and the item weight reflects a substantial, high-quality feel that prevents flexing during handling. Like its siblings, it features a safe, non-toxic coating that resists sticking and simplifies the cleaning process to a simple rinse. The included components are straightforward: just the two pans, ready to go into the oven.
I see this as the ultimate choice for bread-focused bakers or those who frequently host brunches. The ability to make two dozen burger buns in a single round is a game-changer for meal prep. The trade-off is that you must store two large trays instead of one, which requires more cabinet space. Additionally, since these are designed for larger items, they are less versatile for tiny cupcakes or delicate mini-quiches compared to the twelve-cup version. If your primary goal is hearty, fluffy bread products, the quantity and size of this set make it the superior investment.
We compared the published specifications, material composition, and design features of each model to determine their best use cases. While the non-stick coating is durable, the manufacturer recommends hand washing with a soft rag and warm soapy water to preserve the coating's longevity and prevent scratching.
Yes, the Elesinsoz 12 is explicitly designed to fit inside toaster ovens and air fryers, and the temperature rating up to 430°F ensures safety for most air frying applications.
The non-stick surface is designed to release food easily without grease, though a light application of butter or oil can extend the life of the coating and ensure easier cleanup.
Straight-sided pans force batter upward to create a tall, peaked crest, whereas traditional tapered pans allow batter to spread, resulting in a flatter top.
