Interviews and Lectures
Dr. Eleonora Moratto speaks about fungi and ways to communicate science in her Big Question Lecture. The Centre of the Cell’s Big Question Series, in partnership with Centre of the Cell, give audiences from age 14 the chance to hear from leaders in science and healthcare about the cutting-edge biology and innovative front-line medicine.
A common thread between the arts and the sciences is storytelling. In both scenarios you’re building worlds, and creating an understanding of the mechanisms that make the system work (or not work), and the relationships within that bubble.
Listen to her interview on the Polymath Polycast about what there is in common between plant biology and ballet and how she keeps both going in her day-to-day life.
