IDEAS SUBMISSION POLICY
1. This policy sets out the manner in which Elenroth Games Private Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, "Elenroth", "we", "us" or "our") handles any submission and/or disclosure of any pitch, pitch deck, comments, ideas, materials, concepts, inventions, documents, designs and/or information (“Submissions”). By providing, disclosing or submitting any Submissions to us, you hereby agree to the following terms of this Submission Policy as well as our Terms of Service.
2. In relation to any Submissions you submit to us:
a. You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that Clause 12 of our Terms of Service applies in relation to any Submissions;
b. You represent and warrant that you are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary rights and permissions, to use and to authorise Elenroth to use and exercise the licenses granted by you to Elenroth under this Submission Policy to the full extent granted; (b) your Submissions and the use of your Submissions does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; (iii) require Elenroth to obtain licenses from, or pay compensation or provide attribution to, yourself or any third parties; (iv) result in a breach of contract between yourself and a third party; or (v) cause Elenroth to violate any law or regulation. To the extent permissible under applicable law, you hereby irrevocably and perpetually waive all moral rights (or equivalent rights) arising under the laws of any jurisdiction in respect of any Submissions contributed by you. If and to the extent that such rights cannot be waived, you hereby agree not to assert such rights against Elenroth; and
c. You agree not to publicise the fact that you have made any Submissions to Elenroth.
3. Depending on the volume of Submissions received, you acknowledge that Elenroth may not be able to respond to every Submission. Submissions are made on a voluntary basis at your own risk and, unless agreed in writing, Elenroth does not represent, warrant or undertake to:
a. Review, consider, respond, acknowledge receipt, negotiate, store, destroy, return and/or provide feedback in connection with the Submission;
b. Maintain the security and/or confidentiality of any Submissions; and/or
c. Compensate or pay you in any way in or relating to any Submissions.
4. In relation to any Submissions, this Submission Policy shall be incorporated into and form part of the Terms of Service. Anything not expressly provided for in this Submission Policy shall be subject to the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Submission Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this Submission Policy shall control and prevail only in respect of such conflict.
5. Nothing in this Submission Policy shall constitute a labour relationship or employment relationship between you and Elenroth.
