Originally from ComÄneČti, BacÄu County, Romania, Elena-Ramona began her educational journey at the age of 15, when she enrolled at the âČtefan cel Mareâ Pedagogical High School in BacÄu, specialising in teacher education. After graduating, she continued her studies at âLucian Blagaâ University of Sibiu, where she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and the Faculty of Theology âAndrei Čaguna,â specialising in Romanian Language and Theology. She later completed a Masterâs degree in Communication and Advertising at the same university.
In 2015, Elena-Ramona moved to Birmingham, England, as a personal and professional challenge. After having her qualifications recognised and obtaining a Teaching Certificate, she worked as a teaching assistant, gaining valuable experience within the British education system. She worked in several schools in Birmingham, with a particular focus on supporting Romanian children and children from other cultural backgrounds, helping them integrate and develop their English language skills.
For more than five years, she has pursued extensive training in various fields related to personal development, holistic practices, education, and the understanding of human nature, with a particular interest in children and their emotional and creative development. Her work with children inspired her to begin writing stories designed to support their personal growth, imagination, emotional expression, and self-awareness.
Children are at the heart of her stories and remain one of her greatest sources of inspiration. Through her work, Elena-Ramona has developed a deep sensitivity to the emotions, experiences, and unspoken needs of the people she works with, particularly children. She sees education as a gift, a blessing, and an artâone that brings together intellectual development, emotional awareness, creativity, and the more subtle dimensions of human experience.
Stories have therefore become an essential part of her educational approach. Through imaginative worlds filled with colors, emotions, adventures, and meaningful experiences, children are encouraged to explore themselves, develop their creativity, express their emotions, and discover new perspectives. Many of her stories were born from the questions, needs, and imagination of the children she worked with, who often asked her to create new tales carrying meaningful and motivational messages.
In October 2020, she independently published her first story, The Playful Dreams, in a limited print edition. The illustrations were conceived and created by Lara MerluscÄ, who was 12 years old at the time and came from AsÄu, the village in BacÄu County where Elena-Ramona grew up.
In September 2023, Elena-Ramona moved to Italy, where she attended Italian language courses in Tivoli while continuing to write stories in Romanian. With the support of Mr. Sergio Mori, her stories were translated into Italian. In June 2024, she published her first childrenâs book in Italian with Kimerik Publishing House, I Feel, I Dream and... I Travel. The book contains two stories and five meditations designed to help children explore their inner world and express themselves emotionally, creatively, and mentally.
In September 2024, she independently published her second childrenâs book, The Little Stuttering Bee, a story containing meaningful lessons for both children and adults, together with notes for parents written by psychologist Andreea Oana Petriciac. The book was published with the support of Manoscrittiebook.
Many elements of Elena-Ramonaâs stories are inspired by childhood experiences and memories. Through imagination, these experiences are transformed into stories that invite children and adults to enter worlds where the impossible becomes possible, dreams can take shape, and the colours of the soul come alive like a rainbow.
Today, Elena-Ramona works independently in the field of holistic wellbeing and personal development, offering activities and sessions for children, adolescents, and adults. Her work incorporates a variety of approaches, including Family Constellations with Objects, Almuza, the Tree Test, Neurographica, yoga for children through storytelling, energetic dance, meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, and other holistic methods.
She interprets the Tree Test in her own distinctive way, using it as a tool for exploring aspects of a person's inner world and significant moments in their life. Through Almuza, she explores a personal map based on the complete date of birth, inviting individuals to reflect on different aspects of their lives and the situations they are currently experiencing.
Her work with Family Constellations with Objects focuses on understanding present experiences through the exploration of the past and the family system. She also combines movement, storytelling, imagination, and relaxation techniques in her work with children, creating experiences that encourage emotional expression and self-discovery.
Elena-Ramona continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing study and professional training. She holds an International Jungian Coach Certificate, is a specialist in Neurographica, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.
Her professional journey across Romania, England, Italy, and Tunisia has shaped an international perspective that brings together education, communication, creativity, storytelling, holistic wellbeing, and personal development.
At the heart of all her work is one simple belief: every person carries an inner world waiting to be heard, understood, and expressed.
