Elena Hoster

My research focuses on polynomials arising from reflection arrangements, posets and matroids. I also become more interested in Chow rings of matroids, and in real-rootedness phenomena. 

In general, I like to work with combinatorial structures that arise from symmetries or can be structured in a poset — and there are plenty of those!
