Hi! I'm a PhD student in the Applied and Interdisciplinary Math program at the University of Michigan. I received my BS in Mathematics from Tufts University in May 2024 and MS in Applied and Interdisciplinary Math from Michigan in May 2026. My research is in stochastic optimization with applications to neuroscience. Right now, I'm working on a project with Dr. Victoria Booth building up a gradient-based optimization pipeline for noisy ODE models of polyphasic rodent sleep-wake behavior.
Outside of math, I take care of ~50 houseplants, love movies, and am occasionally recognized by staff at Frita Batidos. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. I also follow rap music (Kendrick Lamar, Tyler the Creator, etc) and the WNBA closely.
