Delete Your Element Empire Account
Element Empire is developed by Shy Guy Lab ApS. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time, with or without the app installed.
Option 1: In the app
Open Element Empire, go to Online Multiplayer → Sign in → User Menu, tap your profile picture in the top right corner, → User Profile, tap your profile picture in the top left corner,→ More options → Delete Account, and select Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately.
Open Element Empire, go to Online Multiplayer, tap your profile picture in the top right corner, and select Delete Account. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with your Apple Account. Your account is then deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to support@shyguylab.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your account, which is the address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with. If you can, include your display name or Player ID. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile: display name, email address, phone number and avatar
Your statistics and game history
Your chat messages, block list and reports you have submitted
Your device notification token
Your in-app purchase entitlements. An active Ad-Free Pass or purchased backdrops will no longer be available.
What is kept
So that other players' results are not affected, matches you played remain in their history, where you appear as "Deleted player". Any wins or statistics they gained stay unchanged.
Purchase transaction records held by Google Play, the Apple App Store and our purchase provider RevenueCat may be kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Delete some of your data
To delete specific data without deleting your account, such as your phone number or avatar, email support@shyguylab.com from the address linked to your account and tell us what you want deleted.
