This is the current value for the item. This is the value people generally give for the item. Some items will have ranges from minimum to maximum. This will usually mean the item's value depends on a few factors, which can be either Serial Numbers, Rolls and/or Stats. Items like Element's maximum value should ONLY BE APPLIED WHEN DOWNGRADING!
An item will usually have a status to detect how the item is currently doing. The following statuses are mentioned below:
Rising: This shows if an item is going to raise (most likely within the next 1-2 updates). Usually encourages people to trade for that item, raising status most commonly happens on items with great demand.
Lowering: This shows if an item is going to lower (most likely within the next 1-2 updates). Usually encourages people to get rid of the item, lowering status most commonly happen on items that have poor demand.
Hyped: Hype typically happens when an item starts getting a lot of attention, alongside high demand.
Improving: Usually happens when an item is starting to improve from its previous state.
Dying: Most commonly will happen with hyped items, this doesn't necessarily mean the item is dead, it just shows that the item is getting less than it previously was and is most likely on the verge of getting much less, thus resulting in the item lowering.
Unstable: This status indicates if an item is in an un-stabilized position, the item is at a fluctuating state and will soon stabilize.
Recovering: This status is mainly used for items that were previously dead; it displays if an item's demand is reviving and starting to do much better than its previous state.
Inflated: This status happens to an item if it is getting a lot more value than it should be getting on average.
Stabilized: Item is currently lingering in a stable position right now, not doing good or bad.
Rarity shows how often an item is shown or is seen by people within the community. A n item can submit to one of the 6 stages:
Very Common
Common
Uncommon
Rare
Very Rare
Ultra Rare
Demand is the calculation of how wanted an item is by the player base. Demand is most commonly high in rare or unobtainable items, though common items can have high demand as well.
