Use the subject line: Delete Account

Prismatic Domination Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Prismatic Domination account whenever possible. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request in order to prevent unauthorized deletion of another player's account.

Players may also initiate account deletion through the account-management options provided within Prismatic Domination when that feature is available.

What Will Be Deleted

When an Prismatic Domination account is deleted, data associated with that account will be permanently removed where applicable, including:

• Account authentication information associated with Prismatic Domination

• Email address associated with the Prismatic Domination account

• Player profile and public display name

• Cloud-saved game progression

• Campaign, ability, New Game Plus, and Ascension progression

• Scores and leaderboard records associated with the account

• Champion and competitive-profile information

• Total play-time information associated with the account

• Other game data stored specifically for the deleted Prismatic Domination account

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted game progress, scores, and account information may not be recoverable afterward.

Data That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

• Security and fraud prevention

• Legal or regulatory compliance

• Resolving disputes

• Financial or transaction-record requirements

• Backup systems that are awaiting routine deletion or expiration

Any information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and will not be used to continue operating the deleted Prismatic Domination account.

Google Play Purchases

Deleting an Prismatic Domination account does not delete records maintained independently by Google regarding Google Play downloads, purchases, payments, or transaction history.

Google controls those records under Google's own terms and privacy policies.

Deleting the App Is Not the Same as Deleting an Account

Uninstalling Elemental Conflux from a device does not automatically delete an Prismatic Domination  account or data stored through its online services.

Players who want their account and associated data permanently deleted should submit a deletion request using the process described above.
