Daffodil Package

This package is for the couple that is completely hands-on and only needs assistance on the big day. We will work to make sure everything you have put together and planned for comes together. After so much work and planning, your only job for the day will be to relax and enjoy the experience.

Services Included in the Package

• Vendor recommendations

• Consultation meeting week of to go over ceremony/reception layout, agenda and collect items for delivery to ceremony and reception

• Rehearsal and wedding attendance and coordination (10 hours)

• Wedding day preparation and coordination

What to Expect on the Big Day

• Ten hours at your wedding ceremony and reception site(s) for preparation and management services

• Meet vendors at ceremony and reception site(s) for their deliveries and set up

• Deliver all your items to ceremony and reception and placed in proper location

• Meet with ushers to give direction on family seating

• Confirm that rings and marriage license are on site and the correct wedding party member has possession of rings prior to the ceremony

• Take care of any last minute details that might arise and handle any issues during setup or execution of the wedding

• Provide an emergency kit for small needs during the day

• Provide courtesy basket for ladies room/men’s room

• Review timeline/order of events with officiant and industry professionals

• Execute all ceremony plans and details with officiant and industry professionals

• Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals

• Distribute wedding party bouquets and/or boutonnieres

• Cue wedding party and parents for events

• Distribute items to guests for the grand exit

• Distribute tip envelopes to industry professionals

• Confirm wedding cake top is packaged ready for the designated person to take it

• Confirm marriage license is with designated person

Clean-Up

Elegant Events does not provide clean-up services for after your event. Typically that task is handled by members of the family and bridal party. However, we will assist in making sure all important post party details are attended to.

What to Expect after the party

• Make a run through the Groom’s quarters and Bridal suite to assure nothing has been left behind.

• Confirm the anniversary layer of the cake is boxed and ready for the designated person to take with them.

• Confirm the appropriate person takes bridal bouquet for preservation if necessary

• Confirm the appropriate person has the marriage license.

• Confirm the appropriate person is designated to return rentals

• Confirm any heirloom items are appropriately handled/packaged

• Provide Bride and Groom with to-go boxes of dinner/cakes

• Set aside wedding favors, personalized items for keepsakes for bride and groom
