Description

Concentration in Industrial Electronics expertise includes specific technical competencies (hard skills) in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment, electrical systems, electronic control, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as microcontroller and Arduino-based electronic control systems.

These competencies focus on control electronics engineering competencies such as robotic systems and IoT (Internet of Things), which include Artificial Intelligence (AI), sensors, and data interfaces.


Konsentrasi keahlian Elektronika Industri berisi kompetensi teknis (hard skills) yang spesifik pada ruang lingkup pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan peralatan elektromekanik, kelistrikan, kontrol elektronik, pneumatik dan hidrolik, serta sistem pengendalian elektronik berbasis mikrokontroler dan arduino.

Kompetensi ini fokus pada kompetensi teknik elektronika kendali seperti sistem robotic dan IoT (internet of think) yang mencakup Artificial intelligence (kecerdasan buatan), Sensor, Data interface.

1. Application of Electronic Circuits

Including: differential amplifiers; operational amplifiers; analog to digital (ADC) and digital to analog (DAC) circuits; active filters; waveform generators; digital circuit applications; power electronics; power supplies; and renewable energy sources.


Meliputi: penguat diferensial; penguat operasional; rangkaian analog to digital (ADC) dan digital to analog (DAC); filter aktif; pembangkit gelombang; penerapan rangkaian digital; elektronika daya; catu daya; dan sumber energi terbarukan.

2. Electronic Control Systems

Including: control system concepts; analog control circuits; isolation circuits; application of solid-state relays; and digital control circuits.


Meliputi: konsep sistem pengendali; rangkaian kendali analog; rangkaian isolasi; penerapan solid state relay; dan rangkaian kendali digital. 

3. Embedded System Programming

Including: embedded system architecture; minimum system requirements; programming languages; software compilers; software simulators; digital input/output programming; analog input/output programming; and serial communication programming.


Meliputi: arsitektur sistem embedded; sistem minimum; bahasa pemrograman; software compiler; software simulator; pemrograman input/output digital; pemrograman input/output analog; dan pemrograman komunikasi serial. 

4) Interface and Data Communication

Including: introduction to Object Oriented Programming (OOP) software; interfaces; data communication; data logging; and utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT).


Meliputi: pengenalan software Object Oriented Programming (OOP); antarmuka; komunikasi data; data logging; dan pemanfaatan internet of things (IoT). 

5. Industrial Control Systems

Including: relay logic; introduction to programmable logic controllers (PLC); wiring and commissioning of PLC control circuits; programming of PLC control circuits; human-machine interface (HMI) in PLC control circuits; PLC control circuits with electro-pneumatic components; PLC control circuits with hydraulic components; PLC applications in production processes; and PLC applications in networks.


Meliputi: relay logic; pengenalan programmable logic controller (PLC); wiring dan commissioning rangkaian kendali PLC; pemrograman rangkaian kendali PLC; human-machine interface (HMI) pada rangkaian kendali PLC; rangkaian kendali PLC dengan komponen elektro pneumatik; rangkaian kendali PLC dengan komponen hidrolik; aplikasi PLC pada proses produksi; dan aplikasi PLC dalam jaringan. 

6. Maintenance and Repair of Industrial Electronic Equipment



Meliputi: standard operational and procedure (SOP) pemeliharaan dan perbaikan; administrasi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan; inventarisasi/labelling; pembuatan alat uji pada pemeliharaan dan perbaikan; pengujian alat ukur; pengujian peralatan elektronika industri; pengujian peralatan kelistrikan; interpretasi gambar skematik dan datasheet; cloning desain printed circuit board (PCB); dan soldering/desoldering komponen surface mounted devices (SMD).

This field deals with equipment such as the development of electronic measuring instruments, research instrumentation, data processing equipment, and control or automation equipment such as microprocessor and microcontroller systems for control, and so on.

The field of Instrumentation and Control in industry and manufacturing includes microprocessor systems, microcontrollers, PLCs for factory control, mining and extraction industries, such as: PDAM (water utility), Mineral Water Industry, Cement Industry, PLN (national electricity company), Automotive, Heavy Equipment Companies (Trakindo, UT, Kobelco). This field deals with the production of consumer electronics such as radios, televisions, audio and video cassette recorders, power suppliers, and electronic components. The electronics industry or companies can be grouped into 4K, which are components, communication, control, and computation.

The Consumer Electronics field involves the repair of equipment at general electronic companies (Authorized Service Centers) such as Household electronic companies (LG, Sharp, Samsung, Panasonic, Sony, Xiaomi, Ikedo, Changhong, Rinnai, Miyako); Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Midea, Daikin)


Bidang ini berkecimpung pada produksi peralatan-peralatan kebutuhan umum seperti radio, televisi, perekam kaset audio maupun video, penyedia daya sertakomponen-komponen elektronika. Industri atau perusahaan Elektronika dewasa ini dapat dikelompokkan dalam 4K, yaitu komponen, komunikasi, kendali dan komputasi.

3. Telecommunications Field

This field is involved in long-distance information transfer, whether through cables or wirelessly. For example, the development of telephone communication using electronic relays, data communication using computers and telephones, news and image communication via satellites, communication using high-frequency radio waves and microwaves, and so on. 

The Telecommunications field deals with long-distance information transfer using data interfaces of electronic equipment such as: Telkom, XL Home, PABX, Fiber Optics, Internet and telecommunication networks, ATM.


Bidang ini berkecimpung pada alih informasi jarak jauh baik menggunakan kabel maupun tidak. Sebagai contoh pengembangan komunikasi telepon menggunakan relay elektronik, komunikasi data menggunakan komputer dan telepon, komunikasi berita dan gambar melalui satelit, komunikasi menggunakan gelombang radio frekuensi tinggi dan gelombang mikro dan sebagainya.

Bidang Telekomunikasi berkecimpung pada alih informasi jarak jauh baik menggunakan data interface peralatan elektronik seperti: Telkom, XL Home, PABX, Fiber Optik , Jaringan Internet dan telekomunikasi,  ATM.
