This privacy policy applies to the ElectroMart app (referred to as "Application") developed by Riyas and operated by RiyasTechnologies (referred to as "Service Provider"). This Application is a demo app created for study purposes and is provided as a free service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS."
The Application collects user information to provide and improve its services. The types of information collected are as follows:
Personal Information: The Application requires users to provide a username and email address to sign in. This information is used to authenticate users, manage user accounts, and display user-specific purchase history within the app.
Payment Information: The Application integrates with Stripe as a demo payment gateway. Please note that this is a demonstration setup, and no actual payment transactions are processed.
The information collected is stored securely in Firebase, a backend service provided by Google.
The Application collects data solely through user input forms. No location data is collected. Firebase is used for user authentication and data storage, ensuring that user information is stored securely.
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
To authenticate users and manage their accounts.
To display purchase history and orders based on the user's email.
To improve user experience within the Application.
The Application uses Firebase by Google for backend services, including authentication and data storage. Firebase may collect and use data as described in its own privacy policy. No other third-party services have access to user data collected by the Application.
While the Application does not currently implement additional security measures such as encryption, the data is stored securely in Firebase. Only basic information (username and email) is collected, and it is stored and managed according to Firebase's security protocols.
Users have the right to access, update, and delete their personal information:
Account Deletion: The Application includes a "Delete Account" button, allowing users to delete their accounts and associated data directly from the app.
Data Deletion Requests: Users can also request data deletion by contacting the Service Provider at friyas@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are aware of any personal information collected from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at friyas@gmail.com.
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data as long as the Application is in use and for a reasonable time thereafter. If users wish to delete their data, they can use the in-app delete option or contact the Service Provider directly.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Users are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
