Warranty Claim Process:
To claim warranty service, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the Company's customer service within the warranty period.
The Company reserves the right to request additional information, including photographs or videos, to assess the nature of the warranty claim.
Warranty Period and Checking Period:
For customers within Karachi, a 3-day checking period is provided. The customer must inspect the product within this period and report any defects.
For customers outside Karachi, a 7-day warranty period is applicable. The warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase written on invoice .
Replacement or Refund for Damage During Delivery:
Damaged items, identified within 30 minutes after delivery, are eligible for replacement or refund at the discretion of the Company. There is no warranty coverage for damage to the product except for damage occurring during delivery.
To initiate the replacement or refund process for damage during delivery, customers must:
- Contact the Company's customer service promptly, providing details of the damage and proof of purchase.
- Follow any instructions provided by the Company, which include recording a video while opening the parcel to clearly demonstrate the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
- The Company reserves the right to inspect the damaged item and make a determination on eligibility for replacement or refund based on the nature and extent of the damage.
- Refunds, if granted, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2.5 The Company shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the damaged item.
