We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for products must be made through the approved payment methods available on the website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

**Delivery Charges:**

  - Within Karachi: 700 Rupees

  - Outside Karachi: 1000 Rupees

**Advance Payment for Order Confirmation:**

  - A non-refundable advance payment of 1000 Rupees is required to confirm the order.

  - The advance payment will be applied towards the total order cost.

**Order Confirmation:**

  - Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full advance payment.

  - The Company reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

**Delivery Process:**

  - Once the order is confirmed, the Company will initiate the delivery process.

  - Delivery times may vary and will be communicated to the customer.

**Delivery Address:**

  - It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details.

  - Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to the Company in advance.

**Delivery Charges Payment:**

  - Delivery charges must be paid along with the advance payment for order confirmation.

  - The total payment (advance payment + delivery charges) must be received before dispatch.

**Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries:**

  - If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer's refusal or incorrect address, the Company may charge additional delivery fees for reattempting delivery.

**Delivery Inspection:**

  - Customers are advised to inspect the delivered items upon receipt.

  - Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to the Company immediately.

**Delivery Delays:**

  - The Company is not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events.

**Delivery Tracking:**

  - Tracking information, if available, will be provided to customers for real-time monitoring of their order's delivery status.

**Delivery Communication:**

  - The Company will communicate with customers regarding the status of their order and any significant updates related to delivery.

**Delivery Cancellation:**

  - In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of delivery, the Company will communicate with the customer and arrange for an appropriate solution.

**Delivery Charges Revisions:**

  - The Company reserves the right to revise delivery charges without prior notice, but such revisions will not affect orders already confirmed.

These terms and conditions are subject to change, and customers are advised to review them periodically for any updates.

Warranty Claim Process: 

To claim warranty service, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the Company's customer service within the warranty period.

The Company reserves the right to request additional information, including photographs or videos, to assess the nature of the warranty claim.

Warranty Period and Checking Period:

For customers within Karachi, a 3-day checking period is provided. The customer must inspect the product within this period and report any defects.

For customers outside Karachi, a 7-day warranty period is applicable. The warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase written on invoice .

Replacement or Refund for Damage During Delivery:

Damaged items, identified within 30 minutes after delivery, are eligible for replacement or refund at the discretion of the Company. There is no warranty coverage for damage to the product except for damage occurring during delivery.

To initiate the replacement or refund process for damage during delivery, customers must:

- Contact the Company's customer service promptly, providing details of the damage and proof of purchase.

- Follow any instructions provided by the Company, which include recording a video while opening the parcel to clearly demonstrate the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

- The Company reserves the right to inspect the damaged item and make a determination on eligibility for replacement or refund based on the nature and extent of the damage.

- Refunds, if granted, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.2.5 The Company shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the damaged item.
