"Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual through a name, email address, or other description.
In principle, this App does not collect personal information such as the user's name or email address.
However, for the purpose of quality improvement, the following information may be acquired and transmitted:
Crash information, diagnostic information, and performance information.
Device information (OS type/version, model name, language setting, etc.).
App usage status (number of launches, screen transitions, feature usage status, etc.).
This information does not include credit card details or information that can directly identify an individual.
The acquired information is used within the scope of the following purposes:
Identifying and fixing bugs, and improving performance.
Statistical analysis for feature improvement and quality enhancement.
Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security.
Acquired information will not be provided to third parties, except as required by law. Non-personal information that has been statistically processed may be published.
This App may utilize the following external services. Data handling for each service is governed by the respective provider's policy.
Google/Firebase Crashlytics (Crash analysis)
Google Play (In-app purchasing and payment for Android)
Apple App Store/Apple Subscription Management (In-app purchasing and payment for iOS)
Users can control some measurements using OS settings on their device or through opt-out methods provided by each service.
Data is encrypted using appropriate methods during transmission and reception. The retention period is set for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose, and information that is no longer needed is safely deleted. Appropriate security management measures, such as proper access control and log management, are implemented.
Purchase, renewal, and cancellation processes are handled through the payment systems provided by Google Play for Android and Apple for iOS. The developer does not acquire payment information, such as credit card details. Subscription management and cancellation can be performed on Android via Google Play's "Payments and subscriptions," and on iOS via "Settings" → Apple ID → "Subscriptions."
Based on applicable laws, users can request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their held data. Please contact the "Inquiries" address for specific procedures. For data handled via external services, please follow the procedures provided by each service.
If this Policy is changed, it will be announced within the App or on this page, and will take effect after the updated date. Significant changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
