Terms of Use  Electrician Calc & Reference

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Electrician Calc & Reference application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. Please read them carefully before using the App.

2. Description of the App

Electrician Calc & Reference is a paid iOS application designed to assist electricians and electrical professionals with calculations, code references, and other tools relevant to their trade. The App is available exclusively through the Apple App Store.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• - Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• - Sell, rent, or lease access to the App

• - Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. Purchases and Payment

Electrician Calc & Reference is a paid application. The purchase is a one-time payment made through the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or process any payment information directly.

All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund process.

5. Accuracy of Information

The App is intended to serve as a reference and calculation tool for electrical professionals. While we strive to ensure that all information, formulas, and calculations within the App are accurate and up to date, we make no warranty or representation that the information is error-free or current.

The App should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment. Always verify critical calculations and code references with the applicable official standards and a qualified professional.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Updates and Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or new features.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
