This Privacy Policy applies to the Electricity Bill Viewer Online app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Faisal Aftab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

The "Electricity Bill Viewer Online" application is an independent third-party tool. It is NOT affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government organization, electricity distribution company (WAPDA), or public utility entity.
This app merely facilitates users to view their utility bills using publicly available data provided by the respective power distribution companies.

The data presented in this app is sourced from the publicly available websites of the respective utility providers:

Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Reference Numbers: We collect the 14-digit Reference Number (or Consumer ID) that you enter manually. This data is used solely to query the public utility websites mentioned above to fetch and display your bill.
Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address) and device name for crash reporting and analytics.
The Application does not gather precise information about the geographic location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

Google Play Services
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (such as saved Reference Numbers) on your local device for your convenience. If you uninstall the app, this data is removed from the device. We do not store your personal bill data on our own servers.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at orhanu0321@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
