ElectricianPro is an iOS app designed specifically for electricians and
electrical apprentices. The app includes professional-grade calculators
for conduit bending, voltage drop, motor calculations, and pipe fill,
along with an AI-powered electrical assistant to help answer code and
field questions on the job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the
top → Subscriptions → find ElectricianPro → tap Cancel Subscription. Or the drop down in the app has the ability to cancel the subscription as well.
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Q: I was charged but can't access premium features. What do I do?
A: email us at [osvaldobrambila16@icloud.com] and we will help resolve it.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com,
sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and submit a refund
request.
Q: The app is crashing or not working correctly. What should I do?
A: Try the following steps:
Close the app completely and reopen it
Restart your iPhone
Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store
If the issue continues, email us with your device model and iOS
version and we'll look into it.
Q: What iPhone or iOS version is required?
A: ElectricianPro requires iOS 16.0 or later and is compatible
with iPhone and iPad.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application on iOS or any platform. Any in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. We do not collect, store, or process any payment card or financial information directly. All payment transactions are handled by Apple and are subject toApple's Privacy Policy. We only receive a receipt confirmation of purchase status from Apple to unlock features within the app.
Usage Information

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Apple Inc.: In-app purchase processing via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple's handling of data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Base44: Application hosting, authentication, and database services. Your data is stored securely on Base44's infrastructure.
Third-Party AI Provider: The "Ask AI" feature transmits only the text of your question to a third-party AI service to generate a response. No personal account information (name, email, progress data) is sent. These queries are not stored in our database and are not used to train AI models. By using the Ask AI feature, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to your question being processed by a third-party AI service.

Your account is protected by authentication credentials. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear this data at any time through your device or browser settings.
Children's Privacy
ElectricianPro is intended for adults and individuals 17 years of age or older. Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
