Paula has lived in Marstons Mills since 1996 with her husband, Bob, and son, Nick. She loves Cape Cod and all the wonderful outdoor opportunities it provides. She believes we need to protect our water for drinking and recreation, make our roads safe for cars, bikes and pedestrians, and create housing that meets the need of our entire year round community.

Paula has over 25 years in public and non-profit sector management: she served as the first director of the Community Health Center of Cape Cod, and for the last nine years, the director of the Sandwich Housing Authority. She was elected Commissioner of the Barnstable Housing Authority for sixteen years, and appointed to serve four years on Barnstable's Community Preservation Committee. She's also been involved with the local schools, serving as PTA President at the Barnstable 4/5 School, and member of its Board of Trustees. Paula graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in Economics and from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota with a M.A. in Public Administration.
