Eldora Professional Ski Patrol Association

The EMTs, Paramedics, and OEC technicians of Eldora's Professional Ski Patrol team are seeking to join seven other Colorado ski resorts in unionizing as a solution to the increased cost of living and visitor numbers of modern day mountain life. Read our full mission statement here. 

We filed our petition to hold a union election with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Monday, 10/23 and look forward to setting an election date in the near future.  You can see the Colorado Sun's coverage of this filing here. The election will likely take place in December, and if we win we will begin contract negotiations with our corporate owner, Powdr.
