We want your day to go as smoothly as planned, so we have curated a team of vendors we will
only work with for your micro wedding. These vendors have been vetted, deemed professional
and amazing at each of their crafts. There are multiple vendors in each category that our
clients can choose from that will best fit within their budget and total wedding vibe.
The Everly Package: $7,000.00
What’s included?
- Wedding Planning from start to finish & Day of Coordination (Creating a custom timeline
for the wedding day, ensuring you’ve hired and paid vendors, we manage all vendors,
and checklist that you’ve sent out wedding save the dates, invitations, and paid all
vendors on time, etc.)
- Budget management guide
- Design management (we will help you along the path of your dream wedding by
developing a pinterest and or moodboard and creating a team of vendors that best fit the
style you are going for)
- Up to 33 vendors to choose from that we’ve hand selected to work with as a full service
planner
- Our team fully sets up decor at the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space
- 1 Venue walkthrough
- 1 Rehearsal walkthrough up to an hour long
- Seating Chart assistance
- Grand send off assistance
- Up to 6 phone appointments
- Unlimited email access
- Up to 100 chairs (50 for ceremony and 50 for reception space)
