About Us

Darlene (dbrown@swlauriersb.qc.ca) has been both an educator at the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board and the Executive Director of The Learning Exchange, a volunteer not-for-profit literacy council in Laval, since 1994.

Vahan (vbedros@emsb.qc.ca) has been a teacher at the English Montreal School Board since 2018 for English Language Arts secondary 1 to 5 and ESL Basic and Intermediate. 

Avi Spector was a RÉCIT consultant for Adult Education from 2007-2024. Avi believes in creating school culture change by empowering teachers and modelling the implicit use of technology. 

Emilie Bowles was a RÉCIT consultant for General Adult Education between 2019- 2021. Her contributions to this project were invaluable.
