I lead a seven-person team in creating an educational game. This project was created and pitched in a short six weeks! It was during this time I was polishing my own knowledge on how to use the industry-standard tool(s), Jira and the Atlassian suite. I created base templates for both the team and myself to use in Confluence and started heavily focusing on prioritization. Weekly sprints, retrospectives, sprint planning, and regular implementation of Scrum and Agile development were crucial in the short lifespan of this project. My core responsibility was to maintain regular meetings, account for deadlines, and ensure the overall organization of deliverables. It was also my responsibility to aid in scope management and ensure that we were accurately representing the importance of the Taro plant to the Hawaiian culture.
