We are EL-VI Farms LLC, a dairy operation owned by four families. El-Vi was established in 1953 by Elmer and Viola Peck, which is where the name El-Vi came from!

Today at El-Vi, we milk almost 2,000 milking cows and raise their young to join the milking herd. Our cows and employees work hard every single day of the year to provide you with high-quality, nutritious dairy products.

We take pride in our environmental sustainability efforts and how we take care of our cows, but we would only be able to do that with our twenty part-time and thirty-two full-time employees. These employees are the people you see in our tractors in the field and in the barns working with the cows.

We appreciate you supporting our business and giving us the space to perform our daily tasks in order to take care of our land, cows, and community.
