East Kent Youth League - referees

All referees will be set up on Full Time. This is where all the appointments will come from. Its important to read the notifications carefully and once you have been appointed to a fixture, add it to your calendar.  Venues are a guidance only, clubs may change venues and as such, please ensure you wait for the confirmation from the club. 

NEVER travel to a game without receiving the confirmation of the game from the home club.

All referees are expected to submit their match report via the match reporting link (which can be found on the drop down menu), within 24 hours of the fixture. Cut off for all match reports is 5PM Monday evening.  

It is important to understand that match reports are very different to the FA Referee Portal misconduct reporting.  If you have any sanctions during the game, these must be reported separately via the FA Referee Portal. 

Failure to report any sanctions may see you suspended from refereeing by        Kent FA.

The EKYL use the Pitchside referee calendar. 

We DO NOT use Centre Circle.

The league appoint match officials to fixtures a month at a time, so it is important that you keep your calendar up to date. Alan will send an email WhatsApp message once a month requesting an update of the calendar so appointments can be made with a minimum of changes.
