Join Susan Goudge as she shares information and stories about the nearby Salt River Wild Horses and shares some incredible pictures and video. The horses live just North of the Usery park and depending on which way you come to the rally you might just see them.

Join Elizabeth Whitt as you go through the process of making a "stretchy" Mala bead bracelet. You will learn the history of Malas and how they have been used in cultures around the world for meditation & prayer for centuries. You will also learn how bracelets can be used for mindfulness or worn for pretty jewelry, you decide.
All materials will be provided, you get to choose your own gemstones based upon your intentions. You just need to bring $10 to cover the cost of your bracelet materials. You can also use Venmo @yogidreamer or Zelle to eowhitt@gmail.com.
There is a limit of 14 people and one bracelet per person.

Elizabeth Whitt will lead the yoga session. This Vinyasa Flow class will guide you gently through movements that will create freedom in your body and mind as you learn to move with your breath.
Yoga is for everyone and for all body types. This will be an all levels practice and modifications will be offered. Movement is one of the BEST medicines for our bodies.
About: Elizabeth has been personally been practicing yoga for 16 yrs. She is a certified 500 hr yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2014.
