Apprentice

The Apprentice programme is for mature Spirit-filled believers with a call to longer-term missions.

As an Apprentice, the candidate serves in one of our CGN churches or ministries in the nations, for a period ranging from 3 – 12 months. Our Apprentices come under the local leadership, serve in the local church and experience what life as a full-time missionary can be like. 

The Apprentice is on a voluntary and self-financed basis, with required interview and training process for interested applicants. On-field responsibilities can vary, depending on God’s specific assignments, the individual’s giftings and passions, and the needs of the local CGN ministries.

Who Should Apply?

• Spiritually mature believer  

• Rooted in a cell in Cornerstone Singapore for at least 2 years 

• Recommended by cell leader

• Actively serving in a Cornerstone ministry 

• Character reference from Cornerstone’s cell / zone / pastoral leader  

• Minimum age: 18 years old and above
  
  

Apprentice Application Process

1.  Download forms: Please download the “Apprentice Application Form” and “Pastoral Recommendation Form” below.

2.  Form Submission: Please email completed forms to missions@cscc.org.sg
  

3.  Interview: After forms have been reviewed, we will contact interested candidates for an interview with Cornerstone Missions to assess suitability for Apprentice. 

4. Training: For successful candidates, Cornerstone Missions will contact you for mandatory Apprentice training and preparation around June, prior to deployment.
