Guidelines

General Guidelines:

1. Presentation Format: Poster/Prototype presentation.

2. Attendance Policy:

   • Only two members from a group are allowed to attend the event at a time.

   • For groups of four, two members may attend on one day, while the remaining two may attend on another day.

3. Poster Submission Deadline: Posters must be ready by March 3rd, 12:00 PM.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

• Size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)

• Orientation: Portrait Mode (Mandatory)

• Design: The header, color combination, and layout must not be changed, though necessary adjustments can be made as required.
