I’m a Goizueta Foundation Chair Professor of Information Systems & Operations Management (ISOM) at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University, where I currently serve as Area Coordinator for the ISOM area. I also hold a secondary appointment in the Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics at the Rollins School of Public Health.
My research interests involve the statistical analysis of networks, graphs and tensor data, with applications in business, neuroscience and social science. I am also interested in point processes and their applications.
Prior to joining Emory, I was an associate professor of Management Science at the Miami Herbert Business School of the University of Miami. I received my Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where my advisor was Yuguo Chen. Prior to that, I received my B.S. in Statistics from Nankai University in China.
