All sessions are required to be paid at the time of service.
Cash, local check & Venmo are all accepted forms of payment.
If desired, a super bill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance
Initial session
Together, we will spend time reviewing your history, current complaints, and goals. Next, your current problem will be evaluated thoroughly, as well as looking for underlying issues that can be addressed as a preventative measure. There will always be time for education, home exercises, self treatment instruction and hopefully some hands-on treatment as well!
1-Hour: $150
Follow-up sessions
At the initial session, we will discuss what timeframe is best for follow-ups.
Please discuss if you have specific needs for timing or cost, and I will do my best to work with you.
1-Hour: $150
20-Minutes: $50*
*Typically for MYK or home program progression only. No treatment table.
Please note those with Medicare cannot receive out-of-network PT unless it is considered wellness or maintenance treatment.
