Swimming Canada: Communications Internship

I had the opportunity to complete an internship with Swimming Canada, working with the communications and marketing team. I was responsible for writing press releases, updating athlete bios, writing social copy, editing videos, creating graphics and working events like Trials and Worlds.

Communications Coordinator (Temporary/ One Month Contract) Swimming Canada:

I worked temporarily as the Communications Coordinator for Swimming Canada. I was responsible for managing all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X), posting images and updates, and writing engaging social copy. During this time, I wrote several stories covering athletes, camps, and other major news. I also had the opportunity to visit the TPASC Centre, interact with athletes and capture footage for future events.
