Rooted in the outdoors, the experience flows naturally around a simple, intuitive circuit: hot, cold, and rest. Guests move freely between the elements in two-hour communal sessions. The experience is intentionally intuitive and grounded in nature.

Eir (pronounced "air") is a figure from Norse mythology known for her extraordinary healing abilities and protection of those facing hardship. In a realm defined by struggle and conflict, she represents hope.
