In the 2021-2022 school year, such a community was created for elementary schools teachers in Eilat. In the framework of in-service course at Pisga, 30 hours of professional development were given to the teachers of English. Our community focused its work on Action Research. Teachers worked in groups on various topics and initiatives. It is important to say that because the course was online, teachers from other cities of the district could also join and it added another element of collaboration to the process.You are invited to see examples of the teachers' final products.
