Our paper, A systems-based analysis of feedback structure and characteristic timescales in turnover-mediated mechanical adaptation, has been published in the Journal of Theoretical Biology.
We investigate how feedback structure and characteristic timescales shape turnover-mediated mechanical adaptation in living systems.

I participated in the 10th World Congress of Biomechanics (WCB2026), held in Vancouver, Canada, from July 11 to 15, 2026, and gave an oral presentation entitled “Chemomechanical Modeling of Time-Delayed Feedback in Cell–ECM Adhesion Regulation” in a session on cell–ECM interactions. I was also honored to receive a Student Bursary Award. My participation was supported by the Young Investigator International Activity Support Program of the MEXT Transformative Research Area (A), Multimodal ECM.
