To use the App, you must:

Be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your home country.

If you believe another user is under 18, please report them using the in-app reporting tools. Users confirmed to be underage will be removed according to our moderation process (including both automated and human review).
You are responsible for keeping your phone and your account secure.
Do not jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may compromise security and prevent the App from functioning properly.
We are not responsible for any damage or data loss resulting from modified devices.
To provide you with a smooth and secure experience, the App may request certain permissions on your device.
INTERNET โ Connects to our servers to send and receive data (e.g., messages, updates).
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE โ Checks your internet connection type.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE โ Detects Wi-Fi status to optimize connectivity.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS โ Sends notifications for messages, matches, and updates. You can disable this anytime.
USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT โ Displays important alerts (e.g., incoming voice chats) in full-screen mode, even when the screen is locked. Used only for time-sensitive events, not ads.
READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android โค 12) โ Allows you to upload or save images you choose.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) โ Accesses only images you select for sharing.
RECORD_AUDIO โ Enables voice features like voice chat or audio messages.
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS โ Adjusts audio performance for clearer sound.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION โ Detects your approximate or precise location (with consent) to suggest relevant matches and enhance safety.
Your location is never shared publicly.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC โ Ensures the App continues syncing messages and data even when running in the background.

Some features of the App require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of connectivity.
If you use the App outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile provider may charge you for data or roaming usage. You are responsible for these charges.
If youโre not the deviceโs bill payer, you confirm that you have permission to use the App on that device.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and in working condition. We cannot be held liable if the App fails to function due to a drained battery or hardware issues.
We may update the App periodically. You agree to install updates when available to ensure full functionality.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with all versions of Android or that it will remain available indefinitely.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
