Field Trips

 Sign up for projects and/or field trip

The field trip capacity is capped at 20 students only.  Signups are open for ALL grades.

Field trip is subject to availability of sufficient parent chaperones. If you are signing up for a field trip, please indicate if your parent can also chaperone. This will help us with the logistics.

The first 20 signups for project + field trip made by Sunday, October 26, 2025 have a guaranteed spot for the field trip.

Field trip only signs will be a waiting list till Sunday, October 26, 2025.

The waiting list will be cleared on Monday, October 27, 2025 on a first come first served basis.. 

Confirmed students will have sign a waiver, failing which the slot may be handed over to those on the waiting list. 

If there is sufficient interest, we will follow up with Shastha Foods to organize another trip. Those who signed up for the field trip but could not be confirmed will be given priority if the second trip materializes.
