Frequently Asked Questions

• When do tickets go on sale?

ANSWER: Tickets usually go on sale in late July / early August.  If you're interested in sponsoring a table, the table sponsorship form can be completed now by visiting the TABLE SPONSORSHIP page.

• What's included with the purchase of a general admission ticket?

ANSWER:  General admission tickets include open seating at the event and dinner.  All attendees must be 21 or older.

• What time should I arrive?

ANSWER:  Doors open at 5 PM and so do many of our games, raffles and poker tables.  Some raffles have a limited number of ticket sales, so if you "want in" on those prizes, be sure to arrive when doors open.  We suggest arriving no later than 6:00 PM, so you have time to get situated before dinner.  Dinner is served around 6:30 PM.   

• What's the dress code?

ANSWER:   This year's theme is Casino Royale.  We encourage you to dress up and walk the red carpet, but we also want you to be comfortable, so wear whatever you want! 

• Should I bring cash?

ANSWER:  Yes, if you plan on playing any casino games or entering any raffles, you must purchase Casino Night chips.  Per Montana state law, all chips to gamble must be purchased with cash.  We will have an ATM on-site.  You may pay for live and silent auction items with check or credit card. 

• What casino games will be played?

ANSWER:  The Montana Department of Justice, Gambling Division permits only those under MCA 23-5-7, which include Bingo, Poker, and Raffles.  In the future, we hope legislative changes will allow Blackjack and Roulette. 

• What can I win?

ANSWER:  We have a variety of different games and raffles played throughout the night, with lots of different prizes.  Some games award Casino Night chips back, so you can continue having fun on the house!  At the end of the night, you can cash out your chips for raffle tickets to be entered to win some of our larger prizes, such as a 1/2 a beef or a family vacation!  No cash prizes are awarded.

• When do I need to purchase my ticket by?

ANSWER:  Ticket sales close the week prior to the event, however, there are a limited number of tickets sold, so don't wait to purchase a ticket.  Once they're gone, they're gone!

• How do I become an event sponsor?

• How do I volunteer to help?

ANSWER:  Please contact our Vice President, Juliet Hahn at jhahn@ehps.k12.mt.us to discuss volunteer opportunities.

• I'm unable to attend Casino Night.  Are there other ways I can contribute?

ANSWER:  Yes!  We're always looking for fun or creative ways to involve our community.  If you're interested in donating money or tangible items towards a raffle basket or other auction items, please contact our Vice President, Juliet Hahn at jhahn@ehps.k12.mt.us.
