REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

• Registration includes: lunch all five days Mo-Fri, coffee breaks, material for the courses, social events for the 25th anniversary of SeMA and conference dinner.

• To register fill in the registration form at the Fundación Universidad de Oviedo web page.

• The invoice will be delivered to you during the course.

• All payments must be "free of any charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender.

Fees

Member of SeMA or a mathematical society with an agreement with SeMA

• Student reduced fee (see conditions below): 100 €

• Early bird (before 31/3/2016): 310 €

• Between 1/4/2016 and 3/6/2016: 345 €

Non members

• Student reduced fee (see conditions below): 120 €

• Early bird (before 31/3/2016): 345 €

• Between 1/4/2016 and 3/6/2016: 380 €

Student reduced fee

• Students presenting a poster with no access to other research funds can be eligible for a reduced registration fee upon availability.

• Send an email to ehf2016.gijon AT gmail.com with your data, the abstract of your poster and a short curriculum vitae before 29/02/2016. A reference letter from some senior researcher introducing you will also be convenient and welcome.

• A decision will be sent back before 16/03/2016. Registration must then be completed before 31/03/2016

Obtaining SEMA membership

The annual membership fee of SeMA is 35 EUR for regular members or 17 EUR for students. You can also benefit the “Member of SeMA” fee for this conference if you join SeMA at the same time you make the inscription.

Justifying membership to some mathematical society

• If you are a member of a mathematical society with an agreement with SeMA, just choose the right fee in the application form and send an email to ehf2016.gijon AT gmail.com with some document justifying your membership.

• Most societies have public lists, annuaries or search engines available on the web. It is ok if you just send a link to the webpage of your society where your name can be found.

Refund policy

• Complete refund minus 60 EUR for expenses will be attended for requests before 30/4/2016.

• No expenses will be charged in case of not deciding not to come due to non acceptance of the poster proposal.

• Substitution of one course attendee for another will be accepted at any time on the basis of information of the exchange via email to ehf2016.gijon AT gmail.com. A surplus maybe charged depending on the applicable fees in each case. This substitution policy does not apply to attendants enjoying the Student Reduced Fee.
