A hands-on aerospace engineering project focused on the design, simulation, and manufacturing of a custom model rocket. Using OpenRocket software, the vehicle's aerodynamic stability, center of mass, and flight trajectories were simulated and optimized. The project successfully demonstrates low-cost rapid prototyping by combining repurposed consumer materials with custom 3D-printed and laser-cut components to build a robust, flight-ready airframe.
