"Fowz was truly remarkable in dealing and helping us organise the excursions that we want to do as a family of four.

He presented us different options of excursion with a reasonable and competitive prices and with the assurance that we will be look after well. He talked through taking the time as it needed to have it  clearly explained - not rushing. We chose and went for scuba diving and snorkelling, etc and it was indeed a wonderful experience for us all. The whole boat crew; the scuba diving instructor, the other scuba divers assisting, the cook and the inclusive food were delicious. It was phenomenal! I have never done scuba diving ever before and I don’t know how to swim but with the whole crew they’ve provided they were all excellent. And because of that great experience we went back to Fowz and asked him to organise for us a last minute to find flights for all of us to Cairo on the New Year’s Eve and he did find another very good price with a guidetour.

It’s very long to tell everything and to cut it short, Fowz went above and beyond in making it possible to deliver a second to none customer service. 

He even accompanied us when we withdrawn the money (for payment of Cairo excursion as it’s the only way we can get it for a cheaper price by paying cash) and to make it sure we are safe he waited us to get into a taxi (because he noticed one of our daughter has been coughing constantly) and he suggested for a taxi and he himself negotiated the driver for lesser price to take us back to the hotel.  He had given us his contact number to be contacted anytime aside from when he’s fast asleep but there was that moment when the pick up van was slightly delayed and that was early morning around 4:30 am we’ve called Fowz and in just a few minutes he called back and to our surprise he apologised for not picking up the calls straight away and that was obviously he was fast asleep! But then again, he resolved it for us. He also refused tips as we tried to give him some - I think he heard from us couple discussing about what we’ve got left and Fowz just turned and kindly say I’m a way to give it to our kids. Fowz is a very honest person, so calm and very clear in explaining the choices and options of their excursions and services. No hidden catch. Hatch-off to you Fowz you’re truly amazing!🙌🙌🙌
