Description

This Program is designed for senior architects, construction engineers, and managers of small and medium architectural or construction offices and firms. It focuses on Business Management and Leadership for Architecture and Construction Practice. It helps in managing administrative work, managing architectural work, monitoring architects and Engineers, monitoring projects and its expenses. It presents a tool to evaluate accomplishment the whole work office, and utilize advanced technology in coordinating projects and managing offices to reduce anticipated site conflicts, problems and raise in-office management control.

Objectives:

    • Manage and monitor the regular and virtual offices’ work process and tasks.

Program Courses:

  4. BMAC 004: Using New Technology in Architecture and Construction practice.
  5. BMAC 005: Managing the Essential Financial terms in Architecture and Construction practice
  6. BMAC 006: Managing Family Business in Architecture and Construction practice

Duration: each course can be as follows, please choose the suitable duration:

    • 45 hours, 3 hours / day, from 6 pm to 9 pm, 15 days total in 8 weeks
    • 45 hours, 2 weekends per week, 6 - 8 hours / day, from 10 am to 4-6 pm, 8 days total in 4 weeks
    • 30 hours, 2 weekends per week, 6 hours / day, from 10 am to 4 pm, 5 days total in 3 weeks
    • 30 hours, 2 working days per week, 3 hours / day, from 6 am to 9 pm, 10 days total in 5 weeks
