The conference consists of several panels, which include faculty and researchers from the network universities acting as chairs and discussants. Panel participants must read all papers in their panel and contribute to the discussion, as peer-to-peer interaction is the conference's primary goal. Interested colleagues from the audience will also have the chance to provide feedback.
The papers presented at the conference can be at earlier stages but should go beyond the outlines of a research project. Submissions can take the form of an article or chapter of your dissertation.
The host institution (UPF) will offer free accommodation to the accepted participants and meals during the conference days. Travel expenses should be covered by the participants with their university allowance. If there are any co-authored contributions, it may participate only one author in the conference.
