Welcome to Gaming Logo Maker AI - EGL! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gaming Logo Maker AI - EGL app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1.2 Logo Generation
The App enables you to create logos based on prompts you provide ("Generated Content"). This content is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers. You may download and share the Generated Content at your discretion.
1.3 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the prompts and content you submit. You agree not to submit material that is unlawful, offensive, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or remove any content that violates these Terms.
2.1 Ownership
All content within the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software—is owned by Bhoomi Kaneriya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
2.3 User-Generated Content
The logos and designs generated using the App are based on AI technology and may incorporate elements from various data sources. You are granted a personal license to use the Generated Content for non-commercial purposes. Ownership of the underlying AI systems and technology remains with Bhoomi Kaneriya.
By using the App, you agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon third-party rights;
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or its services.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhoomi Kaneriya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or usage—arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
