After School Tutoring in the Library
After School Tutoring in the Library
Students can take advantage of tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school in the library for one hour. There are peer tutors to help in any subject, as well as staff. No sign-up required, simply show up and get paired with someone who can help you. You can even get help preparing for a test or learning strategies for how to study better.
Tutoring fills-up quickly so come to the library right after 8th period to get your spot!
During this time there is also a Math 1 intervention session in the Elk Room which provides a re-teaching of specific skills. Your math teacher must refer you to this program. Once you've completed 2 sessions, you are eligible to re-take that test for a higher grade!
